Arctic Silver Thermal Adhesive
AB結合凝固純銀膠
Arctic Silver Thermal Adhesive features:
- 使用 99.8% 的純銀粒粉
- 銀的容量是62% to 65%
- 超級導熱系數大過7.5 W/mK
- 可使用溫度 - 40C 至 150C (底過0度時貼力會大大降底，因為散熱膠會結晶化
- 不導電 --- Arctic Silver Thermal Adhesive 會型成只傳熱而不傳電的狀態
雖然Arctic Silver Thermal Adhesive 是有很高的抗電特性, 但使用時還是要遠離線路，電子零件的腳及針. 成型的散熱膏是會有少少的電容特性及極性,會導致線路的不穩定
